Gerhard Konzelmann, langjähriger ARD-Nahost-Korrespondent, hat in zahlreichen Fernsehdokumentationen und Büchern das politische Spannungsfeld in der arabischen Welt beschrieben. Schnell machte er sich einen Namen als Kenner der Nahost-Szene und prägte damit wie kein Anderer unser Bild vom Nahen Osten.


Im Jahr 2005 hat Gerhard Konzelmann einige Zeit in Palästina verbracht. Von dort bringt er frische Eindrücke vom Zusammenleben der Völker mit und wird uns von seinen Erfahrungen berichten. Im Mittelpunkt seines Vortrags steht die Frage nach einem dauerhaften Frieden in dieser unfriedlichen Region.
Diese Veranstaltung führt Augsburg International als Beitrag zum und mit Unterstützung durch das Augsburger Festjahr PAX 2005 durch.
